Qualification tracker

THE ROAD TO 19

Worlds 2026 has 19 places. This tracker separates regional allocations, performance berths, and teams whose qualification still depends on an official condition.

1of 19 places earned conditionally
Why “conditionally”? Hanwha Life Esports won MSI 2026 and earned the champion invitation, but Riot’s rule says the team must qualify for its home region’s playoffs to retain it. Nexus Clock will not mark the berth final until that condition is officially satisfied.

How the 19 places add up

Five regions—LCK, LCS, LCP, LEC, and LPL—receive three base places each, for 15. CBLOL receives two. The MSI champion receives one invitation, subject to the home-region playoff condition, and the second-place region at MSI receives one additional regional place.

At MSI 2026, HLE defeated Bilibili Gaming in the final. That assigns the champion invitation to HLE conditionally and the additional regional allocation to the LPL. Individual regional qualifiers remain pending until their competitions determine them.
